Essential Requirements

To ensure you gain the full benefit of this training ,  the following requirements must be met to successfully complete the course:

  • Active participation in practical & theoretical components
  • Completion of all assessments & learning activities
  • Demonstration of competency in practical workshop 
  • Submission of required documentation of evidence

Audio Visual

All participants are required to have a working camera and microphone for participation in the ZOOM practical workshop

Spirometer

Access to a spirometer is required to participate in the 4 hour practical workshop and complete the follow up assessment.

Calibration Syringe

A calibration syringe is required to participate in the practical workshops and meet best practice standards.

Certificates are issued upon successful completion of all course components.

Completion of all learning modules 

Completion of all quizzes, learning activities and modules within 4 months of enrolment.

Workshop Competency Assessment 

Attendance and demonstration of calibration, testing and reporting competence at practical workshop 

Portfolio Assessment

Successful completion of a portfolio of 10 spirometry results meeting quality standards, within 2 months of workshop attendance.
