Cancellation Policy

As you would understand, any cancellations or rescheduling of events incurs costs to our business.  

For this reason we require sufficient notice to allow us to fill the vacancy in the case of virtual events and re-arrange flights, accommodation and trainers for onsite events.

Cancellations


Virtual events:

  • Cancellations within 5 days of event date: no refunds.

Onsite events:

  • Cancellations within 7 days of event date: no refunds.
  • Cancellations within 7-14 days from event date: 50% refund.

Rescheduling


Virtual events:

  • Rescheduling your booking within 5 days of event incurs 50% workshop fee.

Onsite events:

  • Rescheduling your booking within 7 days of event date incurs 100% workshop fee.
